I found this picture online and have become completely obsessed. It's a Flour Shop in NYC original. I have not recreated it yet..but I am going to make it happen sooner than later. If you're capable of using food coloring in your vanilla cake mix..then I imagine that will work too. It looks like you will need 5 tins, each using a singular cake packet, if you're using Pillsbury. If you're using a regular cake mix, I believe one mix will yield 2 tins. You'll need some kind of round took to scoop out the middle when the cake is finished and cooled off, so you'll be able to fill with candy.
