Covid19 is definitely putting a damper on the excitement of college, but I suppose we are all in the same boat and figuring things out as they come our way. We packed up our daughter, Fiona, for her junior year at UMass Amherst and moved her into her apartment. About this time last year, I was skeptical about her having an apartment and the costs of living off campus. It's another year and another move in for my oldest daughter at Clemson University. I am truly sad to be thinking that this is her senior and final year at what I call 'School of Dreams.' So you're getting your kids ready for college...Is your college binder all set? Have you made a list of schools to visit? Have you given any consideration to your college essay prompts?? Well...? University of South Carolina is set in a small city. This public university is big...we're talking over 30,000 students. The grounds are really nice, but I didn't love that the stadium is over 2+ miles away. It seemed that far anyway. For some, that doesn't matter. I just like having
